NMC RPT176 Accident Prevention Tag, "OUT OF SERVICE", 3" Width x 6" Height, Unrippable Vinyl, Red on White (Pack of 25)

The NMC RPT176 accident prevention tag is made of 15 mil vinyl for water and chemical resistance and the front of the tag has a red and white "Out Of Service" logo for high visibility, followed by a blank area for customization. The front of the tag also has two blank lined areas at the bottom labeled "Signed By" and "Date." The back of the tag provides more blank space for customization. It includes a 3/8" diameter hole and an 8" one-piece nylon cable tie for attachment. This tag provides a customizable and temporary way to label something as being out of service The tag measures 6 x 3 inches (H x W). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.) Safety tags use color and text to help reduce workplace accidents by providing safety information at specific locations. They can be used to help prevent machine operation or power activation during maintenance and repair, identify the schedule and authority responsible for a project requiring extra caution, provide inspection status, and safety instructions.
